2.1. The purpose of this website is to make the activity and technological solutions that the company (SYDERIS) offers and markets available to any person or business.

The contractual conditions, acceptance and fulfilment of the contract are described therein.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7. EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. SYDERIS does not guarantee the accessibility or integrity of contents that are not stored on its systems by the Client.
 7.2. SYDERIS is not liable for intellectual property infringement committed by users.
7.3 SYDERIS is not liable for service interruptions caused by suppliers.
7.4 SYDERIS will not be liable for improper use of the contents, products or services.
7.5. SYDERIS may, without prior notice, suspend or remove users’ accounts and their contents, block data, in the event of breach of the conditions of this disclaimer.
7.6. Users must notify SYDERIS of any breach of this disclaimer or infringement of the rules or customs they become aware of. Notification must be sent to the addresses specified.
7.7. In the event that SYDERIS is unable to provide the service contracted to the user, the former will reimburse the User with the amounts paid by the Users during the previous TWELVE (12) months.

7.9. The User is hereby obliged to provide the User’s actual data and keep these updated.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

8.1 Everything set forth in this contract, as well as the interpretation and ruling on conflicts that may arise between the parties, will be subject to Spanish legislation.
8.2 The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of Seville, with express waiver to any other jurisdictional privilege to which they may be entitled.
